Shampoo prides itself in its team with extensive training and camaraderie. Our downtown Victoria hair salon has a team of stylists that share a love of hair, fun, and trying every single restaurant within a 2 block radius of the salon.
Our little sister salon is smaller, a little more mellow, listens to more R&B and less ABBA, and might be the Shampoo for you.

Scarlet
Scarlet is a recent Blanche Macdonald graduate who loves alternative, fashion-forward haircuts just as much as she loves the classics. Long dramatic layers, shags, and bobs are some of Scarlets favourites.
Nya
Nya is a talented and hardworking up-and-coming stylist working her way through our continuing education program. Book with Nya for your next haircut. Long, short, and absolutely anything in between.
Ryan
Driven by the challenge of understanding their own curls, Ryan has been cutting hair for the better part of a decade and formalized their career in 2022 in Montreal. Ryan specializes in curly/textured cuts, mullets, shags, and vivid colours.
Super Stylists
Extensive training, and a five star service every time. You'll be in good hands with any Shampoo stylist. Advanced education continues to be a priority while our stylists develop the career of their dreams.
Mike
Mike is one of those stylists that you'll feel connected to immediately! They've been doing hair for just over a decade, and love the social nature of the job just as much as the craft itself. Mike is a star with creative colours (by consultation of course) and loves highlights and long haircuts as well! Mike works at our Fairfield location on Tuesdays.
Mel
Mel is a fun loving, and super sweet stylist and balayage aficionado. You will love her energy and creativity. Mel Focuses on long hair, as well as meticulous colour work. Mel recently completed the La Biosthetique Master Colourist program, and is ready for any colour challenges you can throw at her!
Khadija
Khadija has been a stylist-in-the-making ever since they could (safely) hold a pair of scissors. Their natural talent shines, and their kind and thoughtful attitude makes each appointment feel special. Khadija is a stylist that specializes in curly hair - and bringing out curls where you never even knew they existed!
Amy
Amy has built a strong foundation of technical knowledge on which to build creative, freeform cuts and out-of-this-world colours. In her free time, Amy loves swimming, knitting and has a passion for editorial styling and everything creative & DIY.

Nicole
Nicole is a wiz with barbered cuts! She's been offering elevated barbered services since 2019, and loves to make her clients feel pampered and taken care of. Nicole has recently completed La Biosthetiques blonde bootcamp and pixie cutting workshops. Oolala!
Robyn
Robyn completed her hair education in 2016. Since then she has been working in Victoria, cultivating her skills and growing an amazing client base. Robyn is a fearless stylist, always up for a fun change! Robyn is a graduate of the La Biosthetique Master Colourist Program. Which means she was put through her paces in a range of challenging colour service scenarios. Now her expert hands are at your service for any colour service you could dream up.
Brittany
Brittany has been cutting the coolest haircuts for over a decade. Britts fun loving spirit will have you cracking up. Not to mention the care and attention she puts in to every detail of her services.

Lily has been a stylist since 2009. She travels to Bumble and bumble's University in NYC frequently to hone her editorial styling skills and become a Bumble Network Educator. She is an incredible mentor and makes a killer powerpoint presentation for every single class. Book with Lily for the lived in colour of your dreams.
Danielle
Danielle is an experienced stylist that loves to create dimensional, natural looking colours, and play with etherial pastels and vivid tones. Short cuts and shaggy styles are some of Danielles favourite cuts. A lifelong student of hair (and mycology) Danielle is passionate about the complex and individual nature of each clients head of hair. It's not just about how the hair is cut, but why.
