Shipping policy

Local Delivery

Local deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are happy to travel within a 30km radius of the salon (from Sidney to Sooke). We will be in touch after you place your order to organize the best time to deliver your products to you.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup at the salon is available during operating hours, and defaults to our May Street (Fairfield) location. If you would prefer to pick up from our Downtown shop, just leave a note at checkout.

If you need to make alternate pickup arrangements, please leave a note at checkout.

Shipping by post

Orders outside of our local delivery area are shipped usually within 48 hours using Canada post. Canada Post Standard delivery is 2-7 days. Shipping is free on orders $100+ for Canadian domestic orders.  We offer free shipping on orders $150+ to the United States. 

Shipping Dangerous Goods

Flammable and aerosol products may ship separately. They are only permitted to be shipped by ground. These items may arrive at a later date than other products in your order.

Refund policy

We love Bumble and bumble and want you to enjoy the products you bring home as much as we do. We accept Bumble and bumble products purchased at Shampoo or online for exchange or retail credit within 14 days of purchase. Bring your product into the salon, or reach out within 14 days of receiving your product.

Bumble and Bumble products are eligible for full refund if unused and unopened within 14 days. Products that were purchased more than 14 days ago, or have been used, are eligible for exchange or store credit.

Hair accessories and jewelry are available for exchange or retail credit only within 14 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order. If any goods are damaged, or if you received anything incorrectly, we are happy to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Piercing jewelry (earrings) cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are easily completed at the salon. But send me an email and I can help with local exchanges if needed!
