Local Delivery

Local deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are happy to travel within a 30km radius of the salon. From Sidney to Sooke. We will be in touch after you place your order to organize the best time to deliver your products to you.

In-Store Pickup

Pickup at the salon is available during operating hours, and defaults to our May street location. If you would prefer to pick up from our downtown shop, just leave a note at checkout.

If you need to make alternate pickup arrangements, please leave a note at checkout.

Shipping Dangerous Goods

Flammable and aerosol products may ship separately. They are only permitted to be shipped by ground. These items may arrive at a later date than other products in your order.
