Leadershamp
Our leadership team works behind the scenes (aaanndd you might also see these familiar faces around the salon) to make sure everything is running smoothly for our stylists and our clients in our Victoria, BC hair salons.
It’s our job to make sure everyone is having fun with great haircuts, colours, and treatments for every client walking out our doors. Get to know a little bit about the personalities that started Shampoo Hair Bar and keep it running smoothly…. just like a Cezanne Smoothing Treatment.
Kylie
Kylie is efficient, energetic, and so endearing. She takes care of our stylists' schedules like no one else can! And you can bet that Kylie will handle any situation with confidence and a wicked sense of humour.
Teri
Kind and meticulous, Teri takes care of us as much as our inventory. You'll find her either at the front desk greeting everyone with a warm smile, or counting, organizing, and ordering.
Sara
That super vague title means that Sara does a little bit of everything. Including writing this website content. I'm happy to help with whatever you (or our stylists) need. Product or service provider recommendations, a snack... You can find me in the office coming up with our next wild Shampoo activity (shamptivity?).
Dylan
Our co-founder and numbers guy Dylan is salons the comic releif, and resident baker. You'll find him either in the office making sure we all get paid, or on the floor watering his plant babies.
Jen
Jen is a Shampoo co-founder and an incredible leader. She offers support and guidance to the whole team to keep us all performing our best. Jen is the reason that the salon is clean, organized, and everyone feels at home!
